Counting visits
- Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics: a Cloudflare script on each page reports the view to Cloudflare, and we only get the summed-up figures (views per page, countries, referrers).
- It uses no cookie, keeps no identifier in your browser, and does not follow you across other sites; we cannot tell one reader from another in what it shows us.
- Why: legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — knowing which crop pages get used. Block cloudflareinsights.com if you prefer; the charts work the same without it.
Nothing else running
- No ad or tracking pixel, and no cookie from us either.
- Our pages keep nothing in your browser's local storage, session storage or IndexedDB. (The month highlight on the home page reads your device's date and keeps nothing.)
- Fonts and stylesheets come from inseasonchart.com itself.
What our host logs
InSeasonChart runs on Cloudflare rather than a server we manage ourselves. Each request your browser sends carries your IP address, the path you asked for, the time, and a user-agent string — that is baseline HTTP behavior, not a choice this site made. The lawful basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interest: a page cannot reach you otherwise. We do not pull per-visitor logs from Cloudflare or turn its data into profiles; how long Cloudflare itself retains that routing information is set out in Cloudflare's own policy, not ours.
If you contact us
Emailing hello@inseasonchart.com passes along your address plus whatever text or attachments you send. We use that only to reply or to correct something you flagged, and the thread is deleted once resolved unless you ask us to hold onto it — again on a legitimate-interest basis. Nothing from that inbox is sold, shared for marketing, or handed to a third party.
Where outbound links go
Every citation points at the agency or extension page as published, with no tracking parameters tacked on by us; each destination answers for its own privacy practices once you're there.
Your data-protection rights
Covered by the GDPR, the UK GDPR or something similar? You can request a copy of your data, ask for a correction or deletion, object to or limit how it's used, or get it in a portable format — email the address above and expect an answer inside a month. You may also file a complaint with your local supervisory authority, separately from or in addition to contacting us.
Any collection beyond those visit figures would be listed here before it began.
